When we opened up 5 roles at BimaPe, I noticed several applicants mention that
they are "Generalists"

This didn't make sense to me since we had opened very specific roles (which you
can find here: bit.ly/bimape_careers)

One of our investors suggested that I review 'Range' to understand the
importance of getting team members with a 'range of experience'

The book is eye-opening; cites lessons from Daniel Kahneman's 'Thinking Fast &
Slow'

I realize I've made a mistake by judging Generalists as unnecessary - so if you
know of anyone who fits that description, I'd love to speak with them.

Equally, I'd love to hear from other Founders about how they leverage the skills
that Generalists bring.
