Copy and Paste!! is one of my best solutions a customer didnt know of lol
How just having a helpdesk and live chat is NOT enough to provide support. From
implementing, to shift rotation, training, processes and so on are as important
as the tools themselves.
Getting on the phone is the fastest way to s decision...
Outside of SEO typically image problems. It's common businesses leave money on
the table because your 'potential customers' that don't buy won't tell you why
and typically it's they don't trust you or like the first impression.
