Generally agree, we use intercom but never for onboarding. Users have actually
thanked us for creating an app easy enough to use without onboarding!

In my opinion, the best onboarding is just designing the product in a way that
it just flows well.

Ask anyone who has watched screen recordings of their "product tour" and they
will tell you 90% of users skip it. I'm one of those users, which is why I built

value from your product, with different checklists for different user types,
plus reminder emails specific to each user's next unfinished step in their
