I do two things:

1. Scan them manually and delete the obvious fakes. Unless you have hundreds of
calls to go through, this is the easiest way.

2. As you know, I have a call reminder automation that makes sure that the
person is real and actually intends to show up for the call

3. You can always turn on double opt-in, but that can be a blocker for sign ups
and automations.
