 Here are some alarming Risk which come bump on your way of Start-up.

1. CAPABILITY RISK:

Start-up in Unable to scale it's capability on a timely basis and at the level required.

2. Development Risk:

The Risk that Development of the product or Services is not complete on time without a buget.

3.Funding Risk:

The Risk that funding will not be availiable at the worker timing required for the start-up to succedd.

4.Management Risk:

The risk that the Management team lacks  the skill sets & Experiance to execute the Start-up's Business plan.

5. Economic & ECONOMIC Life Risk:

The risk that the Company's Sucess in sensitive to the external Economic Factors and the risk that the product or services useful life in the the market place is shorter then originally anticipated or Projected.
