For those in jobs who want to start up because the culture in the company is
"the boss is the customer",

Why is "my boss is my customer" a bad approach?

Drop the morals for a second and focus on how powerful this question is.

Your boss is unreasonable.
Perpetually angry.
Doesn't care about your life.
Could be arrogant.
Is unpredictable.

Guess what?
So are customers.

And yet you have to make it work for the "customer" (the boss).

If you did think of the boss as the customer, that'll teach you more about
entrepreneurship than most other things.

Converting everything wrong with the world to something we can learn from in
life, is a skill!
