This month, BimaPe will be adding 6+ members to our team. There are 3 frameworks
that we encourage candidates to review if they are keen to be a startup
operator:
1. 'Jobs-to-be-done'
- The framework suggests that consumers buy your product/service to perform a
'job' in their life
- A powerful lens to identify 'competing' products
2. The 'Lean Loop'
- The Build, Measure & Learn loop is very useful for fast-paced feature roll-out
3. The '5 Whys' framework
- Useful for root cause analysis (applicable both in customer interviews and
Engineering bug fixes)
I've also shared a few recommended reads on these frameworks; would be happy to
hear your recommendations too!
