This MBA Students #PlacementStory had me laughing for a whole minute๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

During Sagar's Placement Interview one of the questions that the HR asked him
was๐Ÿ‘‡โ€โ€

"What was your Biggest Management Lesson in past few Months"

Sagar Replied ๐Ÿ‘‰โ€โ€Stakeholder Management

The HR was Puzzled so Sagar explained further

"During the Lockdown, there was no maid, so my Mother divided up the Household
chores

My Mother would cook, Father was in charge of washing Dishes, i had to take out
the Garbage & Sister had to clean

Initially things ran smoothly. But as the months passed, we became busy with
work & the major workload came on my Mother. This led to fights within the
Household

When lockdown was lifted, only few maids returned. So the maid increased her
Prices

When my Mother was deciding whether to keep the maid or not, my Father, Sister &
I insisted strongly that we employ the maid & will pay the extra money of her
salary

Our Indian Societies revolve around our Mothers & during the Lockdown she made
us ๐„๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ in Running the House which made us
realize the value of Household work

The Recruiter started laughing & said that he had done dishes during lockdown
too

Moral - You dont need Jargon to connect with People. Real honest stories might
work as well
