This has happened to me several times.

Whenever I spend hours writing a single post, the post gets the least traction
and when I post something random or funny, LinkedIn starts loving it 🤷‍♂️

But that doesn't mean you stop posting the value adding posts because that's
where the money is. Don't just run after reach and engagement.

Value the number of connections you are making and leads you are generating as
well! 😁
