The most important rule I follow every time I work from home is - "To not keep
any snacks on my work desk."
Because I've been battling weight issues since forever, having snacks accessible
makes me binge on them all the time.
The trick that works for me is, I have food breaks.
Any time other than these breaks, I stay away from (over)eating.
To a lot of you, it might seem trivial.
But mindless eating and a sedentary lifestyle lead to health issues that you
don't realize until they start showing up.
