Startups should have provisions for selected customers to invest at any point of
time. This should exclusively only be for power customers that are the biggest
cheerleaders of the teams and become evangelists. And this should be able to be
allotted just like esops.

Customer financing can also have an alternative. And every startup succeeds
because of these power customers rooting for them.

There is direct value add. There is more customer introductions. There is more
product validation. There is more cohesive feedback loop from the people who
matter the most.
