>Product - Building and launching something nobody wants.

>Customer - Incurring high Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), overspending on poor
customer acquisition channels.

>Marketing - Excessive marketing and press to make up for the lack of product

>Team - Recruiting more people than required, hiring experts and specialists
even without an established need for them, and setting up multi-level

>Finance - Raising too much money leading to excessive spending and scaling in
wrong areas.
