Solving pain point of customers - this is whole point of business. Often, people
think its one single problem. But, many times, its all about solving a lot of
small problems and making experience best.
Recently I came across paytm sound device for merchants. As soon as customer
makes payment for merchant in retail store, the device reads out payment
received loud and clear for customer as well as meechant.
Most road side merchants started using digital payments. The pain point is -
customer has to show payment confirmation to merchant though they have option of
checking mobile. These small merchants don’t have time to unlock phone and
check.
This simple device made life easier. Now I am not bothered of showing my phone
screen to someone.
