Reading outside my 'field' is one of the most valuable lessons I have learned in
the last 18 months since I first picked up a book!

I try to balance my reading between Management books, Product guides and general
enterpreneurship stories. Every book provides a different perspective to company
building which has helped me at BimaPe to:
a. Formulate our company culture
b. Delegate work
c. Create a product organization

Anyone can copy what you build - but it is very hard to copy your rate of
learning (both in startups and in personal life).
