Product Management in Insurance is a juggling act between building the
'Technology' product & the 'Insurance' product.

As a former Insurance PM, I've noticed some quirks about this role - past
experience in Insurance is a double-edged sword on the 'Insurance product' side.

At an early stage Insurance startup (e.g. BimaPe), a PM would need to manage two
products - as highlighted below. At late stage ventures, separate PMs can be
hired.
