One thing that helped me to stay positive during the burnout and even now, is a
daily "being grateful routine".

- Before hitting the bed, I write the 3 things that I'm thankful for, each day.
Even things as simple as waking up each day, eating healthy or seeing those
extra pounds going off the body. :)

- And complimenting one person in my life.
This ranges from my team members, customers, fellow marketers and folks who help
me without any agenda.

This routine makes me realize how privileged I am.

Nothing better than lighting up someone's day by telling them that they matter
to you. :)
