One day in 2012, I was fed up with struggle of managing cash flow as a bootstrap
startup. I left my office early and called up one client who became my friend. I
used to sit with him in his office to discuss progress of my startup. As i
entered into his office room, he was yelling on somebody on the phone. After the
phone, he shared his problem he was facing in his business. I pivoted my startup
business model there and then. Next day he given me first cheque for that
concept. I sold the same concept with higher rate for 7 more clients and i had
great cash-flow. This is how Ideas are validated. I am speaking today on the
