Now that it’s the last day of the month,
I can proudly say it was one helluva year!
Looking back, more than anything, I’m grateful for this year and how it turned
out to be, because it definitely shaped me into the person I am today and for
the thoughts I hold.
Here’s what this year looked like for me:
1. Started freelancing, re-affirmed my faith in having a vision and being
respected for it.
2. Became financially independent, saw a proud million-dollar smile on my
parent’s face.
3. Realised how important it is to manage finances :)
4. Met some amazingg people here, on LinkedIn and Instagram.
5. Gifted myself an iPhone and a Goa trip; never thought I could do either.
6. Went from 0 to 50k on LinkedIn and 0 to 3k on Instagram with a whole lot of
love from the community.
7. Did 20+ webinars, interviews, and live sessions on freelancing, content and
copywriting.
8. Won some amazing clients, lost some.
9. Realised freelancing is much more than what it looks like from the outside.
10. For the first time in my life, made goals and actually achieved them before
the timeline.
It’s been a rollercoaster,
And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Thank you 2020,
2021, just can’t wait for you now!
