Nice article by Ratan Tata in today's TOI edition. I specifically like 2 things
he mentioned

1. We need more women to participate in mainstream economy ( and it will
certainly happen eventually)

2. "Its Ok to fail" culture adoption in our society so that more people can
experiment/innovate and if we fail we sont feel bad but work on new things
