1. Find an opportunity where you can add real value
2. Implement it on a small scale and show the results
3. Suggest it be added to the work you do (at an additional cost)
4. Make it easy for them to say "YES"
5. Execute on it.

By doing so, you can double revenue.

Because if you're not proactive, you're reactive.
