Physics is the mother of Engineering !!
I think they should segregate engineering types also if they want to do it. How
can someone do mechanical, electrical or aeronautical engineering without
Physics for example?

Engineering is applied science. You cannot do it without physics and maths. If
students have to attend bridge courses for these subjects, I can assure you that
they'd be woefully inadequate in preparing them to become engineers. Those of
you who are ta…
It’s absolutely fine. They’ll still have to pass in them in college. This isn’t
a change of curriculum. Only a change in how they look at aptitude and I think
that’s fine. Good move actually.
If this is the choice of subjects I think it's a good idea, all of the other
subjects have some degree of maths and physics in them, even agriculture.
Reducing load and commanding more focus should've been the way anyways.
I think it's good step and everyone should get chance ......
If one can clear the entrance exam then there should be no problem.....and in
1st year they teach everything.... physics... chemistry ....math....
