I have been told a number of times that we must put in about 14 hours a day to
achieve our goal.

Wrong!

I was looking for ways to improve my efficiency at work.

One thing that worked really well for me was documenting my day.

For about 10 days, I wrote each thing that I did during the day.

Each time I read it, I found there was so much scope to do things more
efficiently and save time.

I saw instant results.

In fact I was able achieve more in half the time.

The other biggest enemy of focus is the notifications on your phone.

Block all notifications that are nothing but distractions.

Stop checking your messages and emails every other minute.

Do everything you can that will help you focus on just one task at a time.

I still have a long way to go but I am already feeling a massive difference.

What helped you work more efficiently?
