Leadership vs Ego
Yesterday we had a year end party at our office, once everyone left. Table was
mess.
My boss Krishnan Naranapatty started cleaning it without asking anyone’s help or
waiting for anyone. We started accompanying. In mins we made the place looks
amazing like it was before.
It just took 2 mins to do that, then I relaised so many of us talk about
leadership but only few act like one. A leader should not have ego, which is a
harder trait to practice than said.
True leader is someone who sets example for everyone, motivate everyone and be a
boss and team member at same time.
