It can be easy to dwell on what happened in the past, and especially on what you
could have done differently. Consider this a gentle reminder: you can’t change
any of that, but you can learn from it and craft a better future for yourself.
Try imagining where you’d like to be a year from now (the more specific you get,
the better) and then figure out how to move towards that goal today.
