Too early to tell. First impression..

Cons: It doesn't do automatic malcare removal.. Just shows whether the site is
infected or not.. Takes a lot of time for scanning. Heard instances where it
blocks your own ip address when you try to access your site.

Pro: It's not just website malware removal.. Scan different posts, uptime
monitor, ssl etc. Pricing seems attractive at 3 stacks for unlimited sites.

My opinion: Wait and watch..

You cant change email. So if it is registered to your email, you cant resell
them. Better to get an email you can sell your account with. Also they were
promoting their 150Usd service on the wordpress plartform. Not sure if this is
good or not for those agency providing a service and they are directly competing
with you for 150 dollars. Still too early to say. We are testing more of our
clients site.
