Inefficient teams are not because of the quality of hiring but talented people
not performing well.

And one of the major reasons behind this is a lack of communication

I have seen managers preferring their own ideas and not listening to their
teammates at all!

It doesn’t work.

As a leader, you need to provide a platform, give opportunities to the team.

Your belief in them is what motivates them to work hard

I personally used to carry out 2-3 hours of brainstorming sessions with my team
every week.

Many times they come up with brilliant ideas which I never had in my mind.

In the end, somebody has said -

“ If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Be a good leader and encourage communication!
