Indian Startups, while negotiating salary with your #SDRs, come with better

“Other team members in the team are drawing close to the number we have offered
and not sure how they would feel if we go higher” is the lamest excuse I have
ever heard.

Are you involving other team members in this decision? No right? So please pay
what the industry is paying and if you don’t know what industry is paying,
that’s on you.
