Imagine you are attending an interview. The interview panel asks you a question.
You answer it in length and breadth. The panel is unimpressed with your
response. Deep inside, even you are not too kicked about it. You wait a few
minutes for a positive reaction. Nothing.
So you decide to take matters into your own hands. You stand up and climb on the
chair. You clap loudly, thump your chest and congratulate yourself vociferously.

Sounds stupid, right?

That's pretty much how you come across when you like your own posts and comments
on Social Media.
