If you wanna be the best, you can't spend your time looking for shortcuts.

You need to put in the work.

I know so many talented people.
So many talented marketers.

But very few of them are willing to put in the work when no one's watching to
improve their craft.

You don't become the best just by doing your work. It's what you do off-work
that matters and that makes a difference.

The off-season.

You gotta become the person that can get to the desired goal.

It's up to you.

Try things on the side.
Experiment.
Even invest your own money.
Fail.
Learn.

Don't be afraid to ask for help.
But the initiative must come from your side.

And when you get help, listen.

Step by step.
Off-season by off-season.

Don't get me wrong, it's ok to be average.
To be a good person doing the average job.

Nothing wrong with that, but it's a topic for another conversation.

You'd be just like a million others.

Get serious.
Focus.

The question is - do you have the will to do more?
How bad do you want it?
