If you're answering emails at 12am, I'm *not* proud of you.
There's no award for the office hero that can send an email late at night to
show they value their job and are always available.
Being available at all hours doesn't allow your mind to switch off. Therefore
the work-related ideas you come up with will be useless and lacking creativity.
During this pandemic, the people to respect are the leaders finishing at a
reasonable time so they can get to their families and help them make sense of
this crazy situation.
Clock off and be present.
