If you are asking for 20 years of work experience then don't look for
30-year-old candidates.

Older, mature candidates may cost more but they also offer valued experience and
confidence that comes from being able to repeat success.

Older candidates are not asking for concessions. All they want is the same thing
that everyone deserves - a fair shot.

Give it. Not just because it is the law but because it is the right thing to do.
