If users or consumers can't recall a product after the first or second usage, it
will end up spending more on user acquisition. Why?

Reason 1: Organic search results are being pushed down (It looks Google saying,
"Go with Google Ads").

Reason 2: Traffic from social media could be transitory and needs active
participation in different networks/groups or communities.

Reason 3: Adopting paid channels will cost more money compared to the last 5
years (similar products with or without values are competing the same way).

Work on product values and retention. The rest will automatically be taken care
of by the users.

Happy users are the real Brand Ambassadors.
