I've been reading How to win friends and Influence people and one of the
examples there really made a lot of sense.

When we go fishing, the bait that we use are worms right? We don't try to entice
them with Strawberries because even though we might like strawberries, we know
that the fishes do not like them.

So when you're trying to win over a client, your bait has to be tailored
according to what they like. Not what you like.

And not just clients, any person really. If you want a certain thing done, you
have to entice them with a bait that they would like.

So if your kid is eating too much junk food, telling him that eating junk food
will make him fat will do no good.

Telling him that if he eats a lot of junk food, he might make it to the
basketball team and won't be able to play with his friends. That is what will
get to him.

I've been writing small notes on each of the chapters I'm reading, if anyone
wants them do DM me and I'll be happy to share them :)

How many of you have read the book? And what do you like about it?
