I'm putting together my list of named accounts I will be responsible for
building relationships with. Anything I'm missing from the list below to add to
my "Lay of the Land" sheet?

1. CRM record
2. Contacts under the account
3. Associations they belong to
4. Any other affiliations
5. Their state and applicable state laws
6. Any 3rd party governing bodies/ management companies
7. Last activity date
8. Website

Any glaring absences to help me get started?
