I'm looking for some input on sales salaries. Not sure if this is the right
group. I'm budgeting to hire a salesperson for my SaaS in 2021. Targeting
someone with about 2-3 years of experience. My company is B2B fintech in the
U.S. What's a reasonable comp range to put into my budget? And what commission
structure is typical/usual for SaaS sales? Appreciate any input folks here might
have.
