I'm in an industry where churn is an issue. Long story short, people use this
kind of software more for a short period of time to get the info they need and
then are done. We've done some things to make it more sticky but it's just the
nature of this space you don't need to be using it daily/weekly.

As a result, what do you guys/gals think about only offering a yearly plan which
would help mitigate a lot of the lost revenue from people who really only need
1-2 months of usage at a time and then pause for a bit? Has anyone experimented
with annual plan only? I've seen a few SaaS companies do this.
