I have been working lately with micro businesses, startups, private famous
brands and now some direct government bodies for their web, design and marketing
verticals.
One thing i noticed in these years which sometimes disturb as well as feels
important to the business ethics too.
The bigger the institution, the more steps or heirarchy to follow for simplest
approvals.
Sometimes its good as famous brands have more social responsibility so they
can't share anything.
A highly specialised scrutiny is required at each step and that also delays the
process.
What do you think? Does bigger institutions should also cut down in their
heirarchy or approval process should be smaller?
