I don't wake up at 5 am,

I don't work out every single day,

and I don't avoid carbs like the plague.

I don't journal or meditate & I have no intention of running a

marathon, even though I enjoy my 5K runs.

Does that make me any less successful?

You don't have to follow every trend & adopt every routine
someone else swears by.

What worked for them may not work for you.

Learn, explore, experiment, and find what works FOR YOU.

I wake up at 6:30 and I still get a ton of work done.

I practice yoga every other day and run on the weekends,

but you'll never catch me in the gym because I hate it.

I eat healthily during the week and feast on weekends, but

I don't count calories or skip meals.

I can't journal to save my life, but I writing content for

LinkedIn helps me reflect on my days.

I don't meditate even though it's all the rage, but every

now and then I put my favorite music on and dance

like no one is watching. It clears my head and gives me energy.

Get inspired by your favorite role-models, test their ideas

but if they don't work for you don't sweat it. Try something else.

Trying to live someone else's life will not make you more successful, following
your own path will.
