produce content for our user; we're a keyword grouping tool, so we map out all
the content they need, but we weren't able to provide the content production)

product)
5. Create a 'churn funnel' (offer them to put their account 'on pause' for a
really low fee, and if they still churn, have a funny statement in UI that
they'll feel the urge to share, so they promote your business even if they
leave)
