PM : " So guys we have build this flow - we need to personalise content on our
app . Chalo discuss karte hai "
Design lead : " What if we ....."
PM ( interrupts) : " Too risky can do that UX phat jayega"
Engineering lead : " We could...."
PM ( interrupts) : " Too silly , business ka soch bhai - tech hi khali thodi
hai"
QA Lead : " How about ...."
PM ( interrupts) : " NO ( Cant say yes to everything na) "
Everyone fuming ..." Does he ever listen - only to himself "
PM (lol) : " Come on guys , keep sharing , I value your ideas bus growth mindset
ki kami hai "
Everyone shouting - fir kya karna hai
PM : " Jo maine bola wahi kar lete hai V1 ke liye ,bas tum log bas time pe
deliver kar dena (lol) "
P.S : Sometimes the best way to say no , is to stay away from people who drive
control - sometimes the best way to gain control is to give control and believe
in your stakeholders
