Hiring has become very democratized now. Back in early 2010s, if you weren't
from a top engineering college in India, it was tough to land a decent job
straight out of college. People needed top hustle for a few years before getting
an opportunity that was worth their commitment and effort.

But now things have changed. Which college you went to, which brands you have on
your CV are more of an afterthought. What matters is your experience and skill.

Having said that, Revolut is looking to hire backend engineers. It's a fully
remote job and you can work out of your home wherever you want. The salary is
attractive. The challenges in the job would be super interesting. Can't think of
a reason to not apply for it tbh (unless ofcourse you're cosy at your current
gig)!

Please drop me a message if you're interested for the role. If you're not an
engineer or don't want to apply, please react and comment to this post so that
this reaches someone who would be interested. I'm really big on efficiency of
remote teams and want to hire like-minded folks to the team.

Thank you! Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅🏽
