Hi folks, can anyone help me what's the standard percentage % for the incentive
in sales after hitting the targets? how are you managing it? Is that on the
actual cost of the project or on the profit of the company? In the services
industry, we can't calculate the actual profit on fixed cost projects.

I wanted to balance employee & company benefits :)

I've built a few plans for 2021 but still exploring them.
