I am here looking to understand what does it take to call yourself a start-up.

A Legal Registration?The time period since you've been working on it and it is
available in public domain? The element of money involved or monetary income the
idea generates?

I am a budding entrepreneur, and I am confused and lost. Looking for, inputs
that will enable me understand where I am, what should I be looking at next.
