Any founders or sales team leaders that have grown bootstrapped SaaS and could
let me pick their brains in terms of sales strategies and growth?

We started last Summer, bootstrapping and we're at ~30k€ revenue so far. We're
looking to scale and I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences, or where to
look at for quality content.

We feel that we can lift this on our own as there is growing demand, but I don't
have previous experience in leading sales teams.

We do virtual team building for distributed teams through online escape rooms
with debriefing, to improve communication, engagement and team spirit.
