Hey Team,
I just listened to the podcast interview of Baptiste Jamin of Crisp. Here are
some of the things I learnt. I thought I should share some of them with the
community
1. Make a product around customer feedback
Customer feedback is necessary to build a good product. Share MVP with some
users and incorporate their feedback in the product development process.
2. Ask developers to talk to customers
It will change the way the developers code because they would know the pain of
the customers. It will reduce customer support requests in the long run.
3. Provide limited features
Instead of providing extensive features, focus more on providing great user
experience. The more features you provide, more bugs you will have to deal with.
I hope these key takeaways will be helpful for you guys
