Hey guys. in the series of tools I am building to help myself with my fears -
Fear of being judged is the latest. This really affect me because as an
Entrepreneur since I must deal with rejection. But I seem to subconsciously
avoid activities like sales call or talking to a probable customer, so that I
dont have to deal with rejection. I know it does not matter in the long term and
I have to push through but at that time it’s so difficult to disconnect. In
self-talk science, this is called being "highly socially assessive". Built this
small activity to help put this fear in perspective. Wanted to share this here
so that this could be helpful to others
