Here's how to go from 0 to $10,000 MRR in 4 months:

1. Have a case study (ideally you're the industry expert)

2. Build a 'profile funnel' on social media for all team members involved (check
mine)

3. Go inside Facebook groups and demonstrate your expertise (answer questions,
help out, post stuff like this)

4. Be on LinkedIn (personal profiles only, engage, create content, make sure you
cover all stages of awareness - 'this is a problem in my niche', 'here's how we
fixed the problem', 'buy my product')

5. Drive all that referral traffic to case study/thought leadership content on
your website

6. Capture emails on your website (forget about the forms, big leads will reach
out to you via DMs anyway), use email marketing as a content distribution
platform

7. Create a FB group where the best stuff happens (share your expertise, host
events, invite guests for AMA, etc)

8. Once all above works fine, scale it with FB ads (run traffic to case
study/thought leadership content on your website

I'm thinking of doing a complete case study once we reach a nice, round number
