Cred customer support is infuriating. Their chat support is broken and I haven't
received a reply to email since 3 days.

Money was deducted twice for the credit card payment and I immediately informed
the support along with the bank statement but I haven't received a single reply.
How long does it take to acknowledge that they are working on issue?

It isn't small amount and has affected my liquidity. Cred's unresponsiveness has
left me high and dry.

If you face issue with banks, you can always accelerate the issue with nodal
officers but startup like cred have zero transperancy when it comes to
consumer's complaint. There isn't even a phone number to call or chat support
that reply immediately.

Is there any other way to get their attention and get my money back? Or is it
their ingenious way to force their customers take out high interest rate loans
from them while we struggle to get our money back?
