I am into ecom niche and started email outreach 1 week ago. I have sent 97
emails. 83 opened. 5 replies. 2 negative reply. 2 booked meeting.
But. I believe I can do a lot better. what kind of personalization do you guys
use? what are the pressure points for ecomm business owner that makes him/her
think. "this guy knows my trouble".
"he isn't like anyone offering his service".

can say from experience that it's not meant for the long run and it's not the
right strategy to attract e-commerce clients!
Let me explain: ecom business owners receive hundreds of emails like this weekly
and their BS sensor is so high!
In order for you to stand out, you need to really understand what are their
struggles, their challenges etc... and then craft content that resonates with
them.
You need to focus on how you can attract ecom owners rather than chasing them
and sending them cold emails!
