Hello good people, looking for some feedback on a project we have started at our
company.
In short, we have developed an API for brand assets.
As we have one retailer who agreed to test this on their store; a plugin for the
e-commerce platform they are using is in progress.
Retailers can retrieve brand assets such as official brand logo, images, brand
story, brand size tables etc. The plugin also generates some rich content
widgets/sliders.
On the other hand, brand owners can make sure their brand is communicated
consistently, across various online stores, with very little effort from their
side.
For the current phase, we are gathering clothing brands data ourselves (1k plus
brands already). Of course, there is a functionality for the brand owners to
claim their brand if it was already added by us.
